From the curated archive of Disorder119. An early Jil Sander piece from the early 2000s, characterized by a reduced, almost raw interpretation of graphics and silhouette. On the one hand, the top shows the "Sweet Angel" print in restrained tonality, on the other hand a contrasting, clear version with "Fly High" motif. The reversible construction gives the piece a double reading between subtle and present. The cut is deliberately simple, slightly shortened with open, raw-looking sleeves and side slits, creating an informal, almost deconstructive effect. The soft cotton jersey falls loose and adapts to the body without rigid shape. For a piece from this time remarkably well preserved and in a condition that underlines the longevity of the early Jil Sander production.
