Withdraw from contract

What happens next

  1. You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email – with your details and the date and time.
  2. If your order has not shipped yet, we stop it. If PayPal has only reserved the amount, we release the reservation – nothing is charged. Otherwise we refund the full amount.
  3. If it is on its way or already with you: send the goods back to the address below within 14 days, ideally with a tracking number. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  4. The money comes back via PayPal as soon as the goods are with us or you show us proof of dispatch – no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. If you withdraw from the whole order, this includes the standard shipping costs.
