1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases through the Disorder119 online shop operated by Joel Bittner, sole proprietor, Nelseestraße 25, 63739 Aschaffenburg, Germany. Contact: disorder119shop@gmail.com, phone +49 152 0829 7741.

2. Orders and contract formation

Product listings invite you to place an order. Select available items, enter your email and delivery address, and select an offered shipping service. Items, delivery costs and the total are shown before your final order confirmation with an obligation to pay. You can correct your entries or cancel until that confirmation. Your final confirmation submits a binding purchase offer. Approval through PayPal or Apple Pay alone is not acceptance by us. Following successful payment approval and availability checks, we accept your order with our email explicitly confirming the contract. If we cannot accept the order, a payment authorisation is released or an amount already captured is refunded.

A WhatsApp or email enquiry is non-binding; that route requires a separate express contract confirmation. Rental enquiries are handled separately.

Your order and the applicable terms are sent by email, which you can save. If you choose to create an account, you can also view your orders there. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Items

All items offered are used one-off pieces (vintage / second-hand). Minor wear-related variations are possible and are noted to the best of our knowledge in the item description.

4. Prices, payment & shipping

All prices are in euros. Small business as per § 19 UStG, no VAT shown.

Payment is made via PayPal or Apple Pay (Apple Pay is processed by PayPal). PayPal reserves the total amount when you order; it is only charged when we ship, at the latest three days after your order. If an order is cancelled or withdrawn before shipping, we release the reservation – nothing is charged.

Shipping costs within Germany depend on the parcel size (small, medium or large – based on the type and number of items) and the chosen service (standard or, where offered, express). They are shown in the cart or directly above the buy button before the order is placed and are included in the total price shown. International shipping and local pickup are agreed individually on request.

Free shipping from €99: if the goods value of an order (before any coupon) is at least €99, we cover the cheapest standard shipping offered within Germany. If you choose another carrier or express, you only pay the difference to that standard shipping; the amount is shown for every option before you order.

Coupon codes: a 10% code (for example from the newsletter) applies to the goods value, not to shipping costs. It can be redeemed once, one code counts per order, and it cannot be paid out in cash.

Delivery time: we ship within 3 working days of your order. The carrier's transit time comes on top. The total delivery time within Germany is shown as a range for every shipping option before you buy, e.g. “3–5 working days”. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bavaria. We also show the expected delivery date that follows from this.

5. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. As all items are used one-off pieces, condition is described to the best of our knowledge in the respective item description.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://disorder119.com/en/widerruf/. If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay and on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing information on the content of your notice of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
