FAQ

Is every item one of a kind?

Yes. Every available item is a curated one-off piece, so an item cannot be ordered again once sold.

How do I order?

Select available pieces, proceed to checkout and review items, address, shipping and total. The final confirmation with an obligation to pay submits your purchase offer; we accept by email after payment and availability checks. WhatsApp/email enquiries require separate acceptance.

What does shipping cost?

We ship insured with DPD or DHL. The price depends on parcel size and carrier: DPD delivers to your door, DHL also to a Packstation or post office – you choose the pickup point at checkout from a list or on the map. We ship within 3 working days; the total delivery time is shown for every option, usually 2–5 working days. Shirts, tops and accessories go in a small parcel, jackets, trousers, dresses and shoes in a medium one, coats, boots or several pieces in a large one. You see the exact amount in the cart and before the buy button. From €99 goods value we cover the cheapest standard shipping; for another carrier or express you only pay the difference. International shipping and pickup are arranged individually.

How can I pay?

With PayPal or with Apple Pay. Both are processed by PayPal. The amount is reserved when you order and only charged when we ship.

Are the items new?

Usually not. Disorder119 is a designer, vintage and second-hand archive. Condition and visible characteristics are described in the product information to the best of our knowledge.

What if size, condition or measurements are missing?

Please ask before purchasing. Additional measurements, detail photos and product-specific information can be clarified before the contract is concluded.

How is authenticity handled?

Authenticity is part of Disorder119’s selection focus. Authentication or certification by the respective brand or an external authentication service is only promised when this is explicitly stated for the specific item. Additional detail photos can be requested if needed.

Can I withdraw and what warranty applies?

Consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The easiest way is Withdraw from contract here – you immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email and the return instructions. Statutory warranty rights also apply. Full terms and withdrawal instructions are available in the terms and conditions.

Why do sold pieces remain visible?

Sold pieces remain visible as part of the DISORDER119 archive and are clearly marked as sold.
